在真空环境下,用采集板模拟离子作用将电子束从ECR中和器中引出,实验研究ECR中和器结构以及工作参数对引出电子束流和中和器性能的影响,从而确定最佳的ECR中和器结构和工作参数。实验结果表明:在最佳的ECR中和器结构组合条件下,气体流量0.8 mL·min-1、电子束引出偏压88.6 V时,可以引出103.8 mA的束流,推进剂利用效率和电子损耗分别为1.2789和194.573 W ·A?1,能满足ECR离子源离子引出束流的需要。

Electron cyclotron resonance neutralizer operates according to the principle of electron cyclotron reso?nance plasma. The electron beam from it can be extracted to neutralize the ion beam of electron cyclotron resonance ion thruster so that the thruster system can keep potential balance.Experiments were down on the extraction of elec?tron beam from the neutralizer with argon propellant to study the influence of neutralizer structure and parameters on the electron beam and its performance. The results showed that at the optimum structure of ECR neutralizer and the gas flow rate in 0.8 mL·min-1, bias voltage in 88.6 V, electron beam in 103.8 mA was extracted. At the same time, the propellant efficiency was 1.278 9 and the electron energy loss was 194.573 W·A-1 . This can satisfy the requirements of electron cyclotron resonance ion source.
