市场经济条件下，高等职业教育校企合作的本质是博弈的过程。现行制度下，校企合作博弈的社会总体收益尚未达到最优，存在帕累托改进的空间；需要通过适当的制度安排、变革校企之间的资源配置、构建校企合作的长效机制，实现校企合作的帕累托最优。
市場經濟條件下，高等職業教育校企閤作的本質是博弈的過程。現行製度下，校企閤作博弈的社會總體收益尚未達到最優，存在帕纍託改進的空間；需要通過適噹的製度安排、變革校企之間的資源配置、構建校企閤作的長效機製，實現校企閤作的帕纍託最優。
시장경제조건하，고등직업교육교기합작적본질시박혁적과정。현행제도하，교기합작박혁적사회총체수익상미체도최우，존재파루탁개진적공간；수요통과괄당적제도안배、변혁교기지간적자원배치、구건교기합작적장효궤제，실현교기합작적파루탁최우。
The essence of school-enterprise cooperation is the transaction in the market economy. The cooperation is a game process. Under the current system, the overall social benefits of school-enterprise game has not been implemented the optimal and exists room for Pareto improvement. In order to achieve Pareto optimum of school-enterprise game, it needs constructing an effective mechanism through appropriate institutional arrangements and changes the allocation of resources between schools and enterprises.
