专业发展是教师教育过程中不可或缺的一部分。为促进教师的专业发展，欧盟实施了一系列措施以调动教师参与专业发展活动的积极性，如将教师专业发展与升职挂钩，给予参加专业发展活动的教师一定的物质奖励或补休，国家给予足够的财政支持等。这些措施也为我国教师专业发展活动的开展提供了有益启示。

Professional development is an integral part of teacher education. In order to promote the professional development of teachers, EU has formulated a series of measures to mobilize the enthusiasm of teachers, such as linking professional development and promotion with participation in professional development activities, giving teachers material rewards or off, and giving sufficient financial support by countries. These measures have also provided the beneifcial enlightenment for Chinese teachers' professional development.
