长北气田采用双分支水平井技术配合裸眼完井进行天然气开发,为预防钻遇泥岩层和煤层坍塌的问题,在水平裸眼段内下入预钻孔筛管以支撑井壁。由于井眼环境复杂,长北气田的水平井作业存在着长筛管下入困难、短筛管重量轻不易顺利丢手、常规丢手工具遇阻时无法旋转解阻、常规球座施工后需另外下钻钻除等技术难题。研制了筛管液压丢手装置,该装置具备旋转功能,允许筛管串在下入过程中采取旋转的方式通过阻点;具有两种丢手方式,既可通过液压方式丢手,也可通过机械方式丢手;设计了可提出式球座机构,在施工后可随着送入工具整体提出,无需下钻钻除。该筛管液压丢手装置通过了一系列地面性能实验,并在长北气田CB23-2井和CB23-3井两口水平分支井进行了应用,完成了4趟筛管下入作业,成功解决了现场难题。

Natural gas in Changbei Gasifeld is developed using dual branch horizontal wells in cooperation with open hole completion. In order to prevent wellbore collapse when drilling mudstone layer and coal bed, the pre-bored screen pipe is run to the horizontal open hole section to support the wellbore side wall. Due to complexity of wellbore conditions, a number of technical dififculties have been met in horizontal well operations in Changbei Gasifeld such as dififculties in running long screen pipe, that short screen pipe is too light to effect smooth release, that conventional release tools cannot be freed by rotation at tight hole, and that the conventional ball seat needs to be drilled out by tripping in separately, etc. A hydraulic releasing device for screen pipe has been developed, which has rotation function, allowing the screen pipe to pass the tight hole by rotating when it is run. There are two release methods:hydraulic releasing and mechanical release. The designed retrievable ball seat mechanism can be lifted out as a whole with the running tool after the job is ifnished and does not need to be drilled out. This hydraulic releasing device for screen pipe has passed a series of surface performance experiments and utilized in two horizontal branch wells CB23-2 and CB23-3 in Changbei Gasifeld;four runs of screen pipe were conducted, which successfully addressed the ifeld dififculties.
