固态断路器与普通断路器相比,可以实现无涌流、无电弧通断,但损耗和发热较为严重。文章提出了一种混合式固态断路器,既具有固态断路器的优点,又克服了损耗和发热的问题。基于 PSCAD/EMTDC 仿真软件,采用面向对象的建模方法对混合式固态断路器进行建模,所建模型由混合式固态断路器主电路、合闸电路、分闸电路构成。在建立的动态仿真模型的基础上,对晶闸管串联电路、混合式固态断路器合闸、分闸特性进行了仿真,验证了模型的正确性。

Compared with the conventional circuit breaker,solid state circuit breaker can avoid the inrush current and arc when it turns on or off.However,the loss and heat problem of solid stare switch is serious.This paper presents a hy-brid solid state circuit breaker,which not only has the advantages of common solid state circuit breaker,but also overcomes the loss and heat problem.Based on PSCAD/EMTDC,this paper established model of the hybrid solid state circuit breaker by using the object oriented modeling method.The model is composed of main circuit,closing circuit and opening circuit. Based on the simulation model,opening and closing properties of the hybrid solid state circuit breaker in a SCR-series cir-cuit are simulated which verifies the correctness of the model.
