目的:探讨将利用废弃资源自制的静脉穿刺模块应用于《护理学基础》实训教学中的效果,以提高教学质量,节约教学成本。方法使用护理学院实验中心废弃的硅胶管、输液管等物品,自制静脉穿刺练习模块。采用便利抽样的原则选取2011级护理本科2个班级,对照组按照常规方法练习静脉输液操作,实验组使用自制模块训练,比较两组学生静脉输液的考核结果及所消耗的成本。结果实验组平均考核成绩为(91.920±4.618)分,一次性穿刺成功率为92.0%,对照组分别为(89.040±5.087)分和68.0%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组的操作流程合格情况优于对照组,使用成本低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论利用废弃资源自制的静脉穿刺模块能够提高护生的操作技能水平,并可节约教学成本,实现资源的循环利用,有利于操作教学。

Objective To explore the application effect of homemade vein puncture ( made by wast resources) module on the practice course of ‘Fundamental Nursing’ , so as to enhance the quality of teaching, and save expenditure. Methods We utilized the waste of silicone tube, perfusion tube and other waste resources to do homemade vein puncture practice module. Two classes of Grade 2011 nursing undergraduate students had been selected by convenient. Students of the control group underwent routine vein puncture practice, while students of the experimental group received homemade vein puncture practice module, and the the result of vein puncture practice and expenditure were compared between two groups. Results The average score of experimental group were (91. 920 ± 4. 618), the success rate of puncture at first time 92. 0%, while the scores were (89. 040 ± 5. 087) and 68. 0% in the control group (P<0. 05). Conclusions The homemade vein puncture ( made by waste resources) can effectively promote the practice skill of nursing students, minimize expenditure, achieve resources cycle utilization, and be benefits practice teaching.
