目的:探讨原发性IgA肾病患者结缔组织生长因子(CTGF)和肝细胞生长因子(HGF)血清和尿液中水平在疾病发生、发展的作用及诊断的意义。方法选取IgA肾病患者68例,应用WHOIgA肾病病理分级法分为5组。应用酶联免疫吸附法方法检测血、尿CTGF和 HGF水平,并检测血清胆固醇、肌酐、尿素氮、胱抑素C等血生化指标及尿蛋白定量和尿肌酐等指标。结果 IgA肾病患者血清和尿液CTGF和HGF水平明显高于对照组,其中CTGF水平在Ⅰ级至Ⅳ级随着级别增加而增加;HGF水平在Ⅱ、Ⅲ级明显高于对照组;CTGF水平与血肌酐水平和24 h尿蛋白定量呈正相关,CTGF水平和HGF水平在Ⅰ级至Ⅲ级呈正相关。结论 CTGF和HGF可能在IgA肾病发生、发展过程中起着重要的作用,两者可能具有拮抗作用;HGF可能是早期保护肾脏的一个重要因子。
目的:探討原髮性IgA腎病患者結締組織生長因子(CTGF)和肝細胞生長因子(HGF)血清和尿液中水平在疾病髮生、髮展的作用及診斷的意義。方法選取IgA腎病患者68例,應用WHOIgA腎病病理分級法分為5組。應用酶聯免疫吸附法方法檢測血、尿CTGF和 HGF水平,併檢測血清膽固醇、肌酐、尿素氮、胱抑素C等血生化指標及尿蛋白定量和尿肌酐等指標。結果 IgA腎病患者血清和尿液CTGF和HGF水平明顯高于對照組,其中CTGF水平在Ⅰ級至Ⅳ級隨著級彆增加而增加;HGF水平在Ⅱ、Ⅲ級明顯高于對照組;CTGF水平與血肌酐水平和24 h尿蛋白定量呈正相關,CTGF水平和HGF水平在Ⅰ級至Ⅲ級呈正相關。結論 CTGF和HGF可能在IgA腎病髮生、髮展過程中起著重要的作用,兩者可能具有拮抗作用;HGF可能是早期保護腎髒的一箇重要因子。
목적:탐토원발성IgA신병환자결체조직생장인자(CTGF)화간세포생장인자(HGF)혈청화뇨액중수평재질병발생、발전적작용급진단적의의。방법선취IgA신병환자68례,응용WHOIgA신병병리분급법분위5조。응용매련면역흡부법방법검측혈、뇨CTGF화 HGF수평,병검측혈청담고순、기항、뇨소담、광억소C등혈생화지표급뇨단백정량화뇨기항등지표。결과 IgA신병환자혈청화뇨액CTGF화HGF수평명현고우대조조,기중CTGF수평재Ⅰ급지Ⅳ급수착급별증가이증가;HGF수평재Ⅱ、Ⅲ급명현고우대조조;CTGF수평여혈기항수평화24 h뇨단백정량정정상관,CTGF수평화HGF수평재Ⅰ급지Ⅲ급정정상관。결론 CTGF화HGF가능재IgA신병발생、발전과정중기착중요적작용,량자가능구유길항작용;HGF가능시조기보호신장적일개중요인자。
Objective To evaluate the clinical significances of levels of connective tissue grow th factor (CTGF) and hepato‐cyte growth factor (HGF) in serum and urinary of patients with primary IgA nephropathy .Methods 68 patients with primary IgA nephropathy were divided five groups according to WHO pathological classification of IgA nephropathy .The levels of CT‐GF and HGF in serum and urine were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) .Serum cholesterol ,creati‐nine ,urea nitrogen ,cystatin C and urinary protein and urinary creatinine were also detected .Results Compared with the con‐trol group ,levels of CTGF and HGF in serum and urinary of patients with primary IgA nephropathy was significantly in‐creased .The CTGF level increased as the stages from I to IV .Levels of HGF in serum and urinary at grade II ,III were signifi‐cantly higher than that in control group .CTGF levels and serum creatinine (Scr) and urine protein were positively correlated , serum and urinary CTGF were positively correlated with HGF levels in grade I to III .Conclusion CTGF and HGF may play important roles in the process of IgA nephropathy ,which may have antagonism ;HGF may be an important factor of protecting kidney in early stage of IgA nephropathy .
