参照国家中医药管理局颁布的指导原则，注重对含毒性中药材的中成药临床应用进行管理，辨证是预防中毒的关键，配伍是为了增效减毒。要控制剂量，以防止蓄积中毒。相关人员在使用含毒性中药材的中成药时，重视辨证、配伍及剂量的重要性，掌握含毒性中药材的中成药各品种的注意事项。
삼조국가중의약관리국반포적지도원칙，주중대함독성중약재적중성약림상응용진행관리，변증시예방중독적관건，배오시위료증효감독。요공제제량，이방지축적중독。상관인원재사용함독성중약재적중성약시，중시변증、배오급제량적중요성，장악함독성중약재적중성약각품충적주의사항。
In accordance with《Guiding Principles on Clinic Use of Chi-nese Patent Drug》, we focused on clinical use of Chinese patent drug containing toxic ingredients.On the ground that dialectics is the key to prevent poisoning, drug combination is pivotal to enhance the efficiency and poison relief, dose control is critical to avoid poison accumulation, we advocated that all the relevant people should pay attention on the im-portance of dialectics, drug combination, and dose control when they use the Chinese patent drug, and have a good command of the precaution of the Chinese patent drug which contain toxic ingredients.
