目的:评价Maslow需要论在妇科低年资护士职业培训中的效果,探索低年资护士的培训模式。方法制订培训计划,对2010—2014年40名1~3年低年资护士运用Maslow需要论模式进行系统培训,从基础护理、危重患者护理、护理文书书写、病房管理、护理操作技能和患者满意度6个方面对每位参加培训的护士进行评价。结果40名低年资护士培训后基础护理、危重患者护理、护理文书书写、病房管理、护理操作技能合格率以及患者满意度均呈逐年上升趋势。结论 Maslow需要论在妇科低年资护士职业培训计划中科学可行,对提高其专业能力是至关重要的。

목적:평개Maslow수요론재부과저년자호사직업배훈중적효과,탐색저년자호사적배훈모식。방법제정배훈계화,대2010—2014년40명1~3년저년자호사운용Maslow수요론모식진행계통배훈,종기출호리、위중환자호리、호리문서서사、병방관리、호리조작기능화환자만의도6개방면대매위삼가배훈적호사진행평개。결과40명저년자호사배훈후기출호리、위중환자호리、호리문서서사、병방관리、호리조작기능합격솔이급환자만의도균정축년상승추세。결론 Maslow수요론재부과저년자호사직업배훈계화중과학가행,대제고기전업능력시지관중요적。
Objective To improve the nursing quality through applying the Maslow needs theory for the junior nurse training in Department of Gynecology and Obstetrics. Methods We made a plan to train 40 junior nurses (1-3 years working experience) with Maslow needs theory during, and evaluate the training effects of each nurses from the basic nursing, critical patients care, nursing documents, ward management, nursing skills and patient satisfaction. Results There was a apparently increase among 40 nurses on the basic nursing, critical patients care, nursing documents, ward management, nursing skills and patient satisfaction. Conclusions The application of Maslow needs theory in the junior nurse training is feasible and scientific, and plays a significant role to improve the occupational ability.
