为进一步提高制药工程专业本科生的微生物学专业课程教学质量，提高学生的综合素质和创新能力，在微生物学教学实践中开展了一系列改革，取得了很好的效果。对选用教材、丰富教学内容、采用多样化教学等方面改革的必要性及近年来在这些方面实施改革的特色性进行总结，为制药工程专业的本科生教学提供参考。

In order to improve the teaching quality of microbiology course in pharmaceutical engineering and enhance the compre-hensive and innovation ability, a series of reforming measures on microbiology teaching performance were performed. And the results obtained are excellent. In this study, various strategies, including selecting right textbooks, enriching the teaching contents, applying diverse teaching methods, were summarized to provide a reference for undergraduate education of pharmaceutical engineering.
