以“慕课”的运行模式为启示,对葡萄酒工艺学课程内容体系进行了剖析。在此基础上,对“慕课”模式的教学平台和教学过程进行了设计,并以红葡萄酒酿造工艺为例在教学实践中进行了运用,提出了将课堂教学与在线教学有机结合起来,建设葡萄酒工艺学精品课程混合式教学系统。

Inspired by the operating mode of MOOCs, the teaching platform and the teaching procedures of wine-making technology course were designed (using red wine-making technology course as an example in practice). And it was recommended that classroom teaching and on-line teaching should be integrated organically to construct the blended instructional system of wine-making technology course.
