以酚醛环氧树脂和自制环氧树脂为基体树脂,4,4′-二氨基二苯砜(DDS)为固化剂,氢氧化铝为填料制备环氧玻璃布层压板,并对层压板的耐热性、电气绝缘性能和力学性能进行测试分析。结果表明:环氧玻璃布层压板的性能十分优异,玻璃化转变温度达到187℃,相比电痕化指数(CTI)大于600 V,常态(23℃)和热态(180℃)的弯曲强度(纵向)分别达到528 MPa和456 MPa,热态保留率达86%;其性能与H级聚二苯醚玻璃布层压板和H级改性双马来酰亚胺层压板的性能相当,适合作为在150~180℃下使用的耐高温结构材料和电气绝缘材料。

An epoxy glass cloth laminate was prepared by using phenolic epoxy resin and self-made epoxy resin as matrix resin, 4,4’-diaminodiphenyl sulfone as curing agent, aluminum hydroxide as filler, and its heat resistance, electrical insulation performance, and mechanical properties were tested. The results show that the epoxy glass cloth laminate has excellent performance. The glass transition tempera-ture reaches 187℃, the comparative tracking index (CTI) is greater than 600 V, the flexural strength (ver-tical) is 528 MPa at 23 ℃ and 456 MPa at 180 ℃, and the thermal retention rate reaches 86%. The epoxy glass cloth laminate could reach the performance of class H polydiphenyl ether glass cloth lami-nate and class H bismaleimide glass cloth laminate, and it is suitable as a heat resistant structural mate-rial and electric insulating material under 150~180℃.
