针对电子产品在工程实践中受随机冲击应力的影响及多失效模式的问题,以累积冲击和极限冲击来描述产品的冲击过程,考虑失效模式相关性并建立了随机冲击下产品竞争失效模型。以具有自然耗损和突发耗损特点金属化膜脉冲电容器为对象,进行了可靠性对比分析,验证了模型的合理性和有效性,为遭受复合应力影响的电子产品的可靠性评估提供了一种新方法。
針對電子產品在工程實踐中受隨機遲擊應力的影響及多失效模式的問題,以纍積遲擊和極限遲擊來描述產品的遲擊過程,攷慮失效模式相關性併建立瞭隨機遲擊下產品競爭失效模型。以具有自然耗損和突髮耗損特點金屬化膜脈遲電容器為對象,進行瞭可靠性對比分析,驗證瞭模型的閤理性和有效性,為遭受複閤應力影響的電子產品的可靠性評估提供瞭一種新方法。

Aiming to resolve the impact of random shocks and the problem of multiple failure modes among the electronic products in engineering practice,cumulative shock model and extreme shock model are used to describe the process of the product. The dependent of failure modes is taking in to account to establish the competing failure mode under random shocks. The metallized film pulse capacitor with natural wear and abrupt wear characteristics is employ to estimate the life,and the comparison is used to analyze it. The rationality and validity is verified after the estimation. The essay provide a new method to estimate the impact of the electronic products suffering compound stresses.
