目的:探讨胰岛素样生长因子-1(IGF-1)和转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)在宫腔粘连发生中的作用。方法45例宫腔粘连患者,其中轻、中、重度患者各15例,采用免疫组化法检测其正常子宫内膜组织及粘连组织中IGF-1、TGF-β1的表达水平。结果 IGF-1、TGF-β1在正常子宫内膜组织及粘连组织均有表达;在轻、中、重度粘连组患者正常子宫内膜组织中表达均低于粘连组织(P<0.05);随宫腔粘连程度加重,其在粘连组织中的表达逐渐增高,均呈重度组>中度组>轻度组(P<0.05),且粘连组织中两者呈正相关(r=0.53,P<0.01)。结论随宫腔粘连加重,粘连组织中IGF-1、TGF-β1表达增高,提示其可能参与宫腔粘连的形成。

목적:탐토이도소양생장인자-1(IGF-1)화전화생장인자-β1(TGF-β1)재궁강점련발생중적작용。방법45례궁강점련환자,기중경、중、중도환자각15례,채용면역조화법검측기정상자궁내막조직급점련조직중IGF-1、TGF-β1적표체수평。결과 IGF-1、TGF-β1재정상자궁내막조직급점련조직균유표체;재경、중、중도점련조환자정상자궁내막조직중표체균저우점련조직(P<0.05);수궁강점련정도가중,기재점련조직중적표체축점증고,균정중도조>중도조>경도조(P<0.05),차점련조직중량자정정상관(r=0.53,P<0.01)。결론수궁강점련가중,점련조직중IGF-1、TGF-β1표체증고,제시기가능삼여궁강점련적형성。
Objective To explore the effect of insulin-like growth factor-1 ( IGF-1 ) and transforming growth factor-β1 ( TGF-β1 ) on intrauterine adhesion(IUA).Methods Forty-five patients with IUA(mild 15,moderate 15,severe 15) were detected for the expression levels of IGF-1 and TGF-β1 in the normal endometrium and adhesion tissues by immunohistochemistry.Results The expressions of IGF-1 and TGF-β1 were observed in the normal endometrium and adhesion tissues,which were significantly lower in the normal endometrium than in the adhesion tissues among mild,moderate and severe adhesion groups(P<0.05).The more severe IUA was,the higher expression levels of IGF-1 and TGF-β1 in adhesion tissues were,and the highest expression levels were in the severe adhesion group while the lowest were in the mild adhesion group(P<0.05).The IGF-1 expression positively correlated with the TGF-β1 expression in the adhesion tissues (r=0.53,P<0.01).Conclusion The expressions of IGF-1 and of TGF-β1 in the adhesion tissues increase with the increasing severity of IUA,which suggests IGF-1 and TGF-β1 might involve in the development of IUA.
