On the basis of the connotation of the performance evaluation about public housing policy, this paper designs evaluation index from the perspective of 3E, and builds a comprehensive evaluation model based on entropy method. With the empirical analysis of Nanjing, Wuxi and Yangzhou, this paper gets the policy evaluation conclusions and propose recommendations of public housing policy.
