锦纶针织物采用圆网、平网印花时，会出现织物拉开后泛白现象以及色牢度差等问题。文中采用冷转移印花的方式对锦纶针织物进行印花。介绍了锦纶针织物冷转移印花原理及工艺流程，详细分析了染料选择、印刷、转印、蒸化、水洗等工序。结果表明，冷转移印花完全适用于锦纶针织物，有效地解决了白芯或泛白问题；并且水洗工艺简单，色牢度优良。

Polyamide knitted fabric has the problems of whitening phenomenon after pulling open and poor color fastness when printed by rotary screen and flat screen printing. In this paper, polyamide knitted fabric was printed by the methods of cold transfer printing. The principle and technological process of cold transfer printing on polyamide knitted fabric was introduced, the choice of dyes, printing, transfer printing, steaming, washing and so on were analyzed in detail. The results show that cold transfer printing process is suitable for polyamide knitted fabric, and it can solve the problems of white core and whitening with simple washing process and good color fast-ness.
