针对涤纶织物中深色染色,采用板式热交换器进行非助剂清洗处理。对非助剂清洗工艺、传统还原清洗工艺处理后涤纶织物分别进行色差分析,并将两种清洗工艺处理后涤纶织物的得色深度、能耗以及成本进行比较。结果表明,非助剂清洗工艺生产的中深色涤纶织物可以达到传统还原清洗所能达到的颜色稳定性和色牢度;提升了生产效率、节省了生产成本、减少了污水成本,同时具有降低生产所需的碳排放量的环保优势。
針對滌綸織物中深色染色,採用闆式熱交換器進行非助劑清洗處理。對非助劑清洗工藝、傳統還原清洗工藝處理後滌綸織物分彆進行色差分析,併將兩種清洗工藝處理後滌綸織物的得色深度、能耗以及成本進行比較。結果錶明,非助劑清洗工藝生產的中深色滌綸織物可以達到傳統還原清洗所能達到的顏色穩定性和色牢度;提升瞭生產效率、節省瞭生產成本、減少瞭汙水成本,同時具有降低生產所需的碳排放量的環保優勢。
침대조륜직물중심색염색,채용판식열교환기진행비조제청세처리。대비조제청세공예、전통환원청세공예처리후조륜직물분별진행색차분석,병장량충청세공예처리후조륜직물적득색심도、능모이급성본진행비교。결과표명,비조제청세공예생산적중심색조륜직물가이체도전통환원청세소능체도적안색은정성화색뇌도;제승료생산효솔、절성료생산성본、감소료오수성본,동시구유강저생산소수적탄배방량적배보우세。
Non-auxiliaries cleaning treatment with plate heat exchanger for polyester fabric was adopted when dyeing medium and dark color. The color difference of polyester fabrics treated by cleaning treatment without auxil-iaries and traditional reductive cleaning treatment was respectively analyzed, and color yield, energy consumption and cost of polyester fabric treated by the two cleaning processes were compared. The results show that medium and dark color polyester fabrics treated by cleaning process without auxiliaries can reach the same color stability and fastness with that by traditional reductive cleaning process; it improves production efficiency, saves production cost and reduces the cost of sewage water; and in addition, it has environmental protection advantages of reducing carbon emission in the production.
