目的:探讨广西南宁市肠易激综合征( IBS)患者症状发作或加重的诱发因素。方法采用整群、分层、随机抽样方法,抽取南宁市5个城区18~80岁人群2773例进行问卷调查,了解人群中IBS患病情况,并对可能影响IBS患者症状发作或加重的相关因素进行单因素及多因素logistic非条件回归分析。结果根据IBS罗马Ⅲ诊断标准,2773例被调查者中,诊断为IBS 181例(IBS组),非IBS 2592例(非IBS组);整体人群患病率为6.53%,每例患者有(3.31±2.29)个诱发因素。单因素分析结果显示:进食生冷食物、辛辣食物、乳制品、水果、饮酒及受凉、情绪不佳、劳累是IBS患者症状的发作或加重的单危险因素(P<0.05)。多因素logistic非条件回归分析结果显示:进食生冷食物、水果、乳制品及情绪不佳是IBS患者症状发作或加重的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论进食生冷食物、水果、乳制品及情绪不佳是南宁市IBS患者症状发作或加重的独立危险因素。
目的:探討廣西南寧市腸易激綜閤徵( IBS)患者癥狀髮作或加重的誘髮因素。方法採用整群、分層、隨機抽樣方法,抽取南寧市5箇城區18~80歲人群2773例進行問捲調查,瞭解人群中IBS患病情況,併對可能影響IBS患者癥狀髮作或加重的相關因素進行單因素及多因素logistic非條件迴歸分析。結果根據IBS囉馬Ⅲ診斷標準,2773例被調查者中,診斷為IBS 181例(IBS組),非IBS 2592例(非IBS組);整體人群患病率為6.53%,每例患者有(3.31±2.29)箇誘髮因素。單因素分析結果顯示:進食生冷食物、辛辣食物、乳製品、水果、飲酒及受涼、情緒不佳、勞纍是IBS患者癥狀的髮作或加重的單危險因素(P<0.05)。多因素logistic非條件迴歸分析結果顯示:進食生冷食物、水果、乳製品及情緒不佳是IBS患者癥狀髮作或加重的獨立危險因素(P<0.05)。結論進食生冷食物、水果、乳製品及情緒不佳是南寧市IBS患者癥狀髮作或加重的獨立危險因素。
목적:탐토엄서남저시장역격종합정( IBS)환자증상발작혹가중적유발인소。방법채용정군、분층、수궤추양방법,추취남저시5개성구18~80세인군2773례진행문권조사,료해인군중IBS환병정황,병대가능영향IBS환자증상발작혹가중적상관인소진행단인소급다인소logistic비조건회귀분석。결과근거IBS라마Ⅲ진단표준,2773례피조사자중,진단위IBS 181례(IBS조),비IBS 2592례(비IBS조);정체인군환병솔위6.53%,매례환자유(3.31±2.29)개유발인소。단인소분석결과현시:진식생랭식물、신랄식물、유제품、수과、음주급수량、정서불가、로루시IBS환자증상적발작혹가중적단위험인소(P<0.05)。다인소logistic비조건회귀분석결과현시:진식생랭식물、수과、유제품급정서불가시IBS환자증상발작혹가중적독립위험인소(P<0.05)。결론진식생랭식물、수과、유제품급정서불가시남저시IBS환자증상발작혹가중적독립위험인소。
Objective To investigate the precipitating factors for onset and exacerbation of syndrome in patients with irritable bowel syndrome( IBS) in Nanning,Guangxi.Methods A questionnaire survey on IBS was conducted among 2 773 residents aged 18-80 years from five districts of Nanning using the method of stratified cluster random sampling.Univariate analysis and multivariate unconditional logistic regression analysis were used to analyze the related influence factors of onset or exacerbation of IBS.Results According to the RomeⅢdiagnostic criteria for IBS,181 of 2 773 subjects were diagnosed with IBS( IBS group) and 2 592 without IBS( non-IBS group) . The overall prevalence rate of IBS was 6.53%,with(3.31 ±2.29) precipitating factors per patient.Univariate analysis revealed raw and cold foods,spicy foods,dairy products,fruits,alcohol intake and catching a cold,poor mood,and fatigue were the single risk factors for onset or exacerbation of IBS(P<0.05).Multivariate unconditional logistic regression analysis revealed raw and cold foods,fruits,dairy products,and poor mood were the independent risk factors for onset or exacerbation of IBS(P<0.05).Conclusion Raw and cold food, fruits,dairy products,and poor mood are the independent risk factors for onset or exacerbation of IBS in Nanning.
