煤炭物流运输及信息传递不畅、组织效率低下俨然已成为制约煤炭及运输产业结构调整升级的“瓶颈”之一。本文从物流集成的角度出发，结合陕煤化集团培育物流集成体的战略思想，研究出能够体现煤炭物流网络资源整合及集成化服务特征且符合陕煤化集团的煤炭物流网络集成运作模式。
煤炭物流運輸及信息傳遞不暢、組織效率低下儼然已成為製約煤炭及運輸產業結構調整升級的“瓶頸”之一。本文從物流集成的角度齣髮，結閤陝煤化集糰培育物流集成體的戰略思想，研究齣能夠體現煤炭物流網絡資源整閤及集成化服務特徵且符閤陝煤化集糰的煤炭物流網絡集成運作模式。
매탄물류운수급신식전체불창、조직효솔저하엄연이성위제약매탄급운수산업결구조정승급적“병경”지일。본문종물류집성적각도출발，결합협매화집단배육물류집성체적전략사상，연구출능구체현매탄물류망락자원정합급집성화복무특정차부합협매화집단적매탄물류망락집성운작모식。
It is not smooth in the transport of coal logistics and the transfer of information and has a low effi-ciency in organization, which has become one of the "bottlenecks"for the development of coal enterprises and structure adjustment of transport industry.Combined with the strategic thinking of cultivating logistics integrated body , this paper researched on an integrated operation mode of coal logistics network from the point of integrated lo-gistics, which can reflect the resource integration of coal logistics network and the features of integrated service, al-so can conform to Shaanxi Coal and Chemical Industry Group.
