基于我国目前复杂多变的经济环境，商业银行在经营管理过程中会面临各类风险。由于商业银行的主要工作是对资金进行管理，因此，财务风险成为商业银行目前面临的最重要的风险，贯穿于银行财务管理的各个环节中。本文在分析我国商业银行财务风险含义及重要性的基础上，以交通银行为例，对该银行存在的财务风险进行分析，并结合该银行情况，提出了控制或降低财务风险的方法及保障措施，目的在于控制该交通银行运营中的财务风险，提升竞争力。

Base on the current complex economic environment of China, commercial banks will face all kinds of risks in their management process.Since the major job of commercial banks is managing funds, the financial risk becomes the most important risk for all commercial banks which is throughout all aspects of the financial manage-ment of commercial bank.This paper based on the meaning and the importance of the financial risk of Chinese commercial bank, takes Bank of Communication as an example to research and analyze.In order to control the fi-nancial risk in bank's operation and enhance competitiveness of the bank, by analyzing the financial situation of bank of communication, this paper proposes some methods to control and reduce the financial risks.
