通过对14名优秀中长跑运动员在冬训体能储备期的训练进行全程跟踪,并测定相关生理生化指标,及时掌握运动员的身体机能状态,为科学训练提供参考依据。结果表明,运动员的 HGB、CK、BUN、T 等指标在冬训体能储备期均有不同程度的变化,通过对训练计划的及时调整和改善运动员的营养膳食,各项指标逐步恢复。提示应加强运动员的机能监控,并依据运动员机能状态科学安排训练,以取得最佳的训练效果。

This study has tracked and measured the correlative physiological and biochemical indexes of 14 elite middle - and long -distance runners during their winter training,with a view to grasp the physical condition of athletes in time and provide reference for scientific training.The result shows that winter training has produced different influence on the physiological and biochemical indices of their hemoglobin,serum creatine kinase,blood urea and testosterone.Through the timely adjustment of training programs and improving the nutrition dietary,every indicator has got gradual recovery.This indicates that we should strengthen bodily function monitoring and arrange scientific training based on athletes'bodily function conditions in order to achieve the best training effect.
