为了便于测量立铣刀铣削温度,通过改进HSK A63刀柄的结构,把测温数据采集模块安装到刀柄内部,设计出热电偶测温刀柄。利用Pro/E5.0软件建立嵌入式测温刀柄主体、弹簧夹头/螺母、立铣刀的三维实体模型并进行装配,在 ANSYS Work-bench中确立合理的边界条件和网格划分的基础上对装配体进行模态分析,得出固有频率和振型。
為瞭便于測量立鐉刀鐉削溫度,通過改進HSK A63刀柄的結構,把測溫數據採集模塊安裝到刀柄內部,設計齣熱電偶測溫刀柄。利用Pro/E5.0軟件建立嵌入式測溫刀柄主體、彈簧夾頭/螺母、立鐉刀的三維實體模型併進行裝配,在 ANSYS Work-bench中確立閤理的邊界條件和網格劃分的基礎上對裝配體進行模態分析,得齣固有頻率和振型。

In order to measure the end milling tem-perature of end mills and by improving the HSK A63 tool holder structure,a temperature measurement data acquisition module was installed into the tool holder and a thermocouple tool holder with temperature measurement was designed.A three dimensional solid model of the tool holder with temperature measure-ment was established and assembled along with a spring chuck/nut and flat end mill using a software program called Pro/E 5 .0 .Boundary constraints and meshing in finite element model were imposed and nat-ural frequency and mode shapes of the tool holder as-sembly were calculated by modal analysis using AN-SYS Workbench.
