为了研究双槽辊输入轴转矩的变化对直齿轮传动的影响,运用SolidWorks 对钢筋调直机传动机构进行建模,并使用ANSYS Workbench 软件,对双槽辊输入轴施加转矩分别为2.472×107 N·mm、2.673×107 N·mm、2.874×107 N·mm以及3.075×107 N·mm时,对直齿轮系进行应力应变分析。模拟得出直齿轮系的应力、应变的大小及分布。
為瞭研究雙槽輥輸入軸轉矩的變化對直齒輪傳動的影響,運用SolidWorks 對鋼觔調直機傳動機構進行建模,併使用ANSYS Workbench 軟件,對雙槽輥輸入軸施加轉矩分彆為2.472×107 N·mm、2.673×107 N·mm、2.874×107 N·mm以及3.075×107 N·mm時,對直齒輪繫進行應力應變分析。模擬得齣直齒輪繫的應力、應變的大小及分佈。

A software called SolidWorks was used to generate a model of a transmission mechanism of a reinforced bar straightening machine in order to study the influence of dual groove roller input shaft torque changes on the spur gear transmission.Furthermore,a software called ANSYS Workbench was used to con-duct stress strain analysis of the spur gear train when the applied torque on the dual groove roller shaft was at 2.472×107 N·mm,2.673×107 N·mm,2.874× 107 N·mm and 3.075 ×107 N·mm.The results of the simulation provided the size and distribution of stress and strain on the spur gear train.
