通过大田试验,运用微波消解-火焰原子吸收光谱法和微波消解-氢化物发生原子荧光光谱法分别测定四川川芎道地产区都江堰市柳街镇、徐渡乡和彭州市庆兴镇三地土壤-川芎系统中的Cu、Hg、Pb和As重金属含量,并研究其富集规律.研究可以为GAP生产和控制重金属富集提供科学依据,以此提出相应的措施来减少商品芎中重金属含量.

Through field trials,the method by microwave digestion-flame atomic absorption spectrometry and microwave digestion hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry was used to detect heavy metals contents(Cu、Hg、Pb and As) of soil-Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort.system in Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort.authentic producing areas of Sichuan which were Willow street town of Dujiangyan city,Xu Du village of Dujiangyan city and Qing xing town of pengzhou city.And then their enrichment was studied.This research could provide scientific evidence for GAP production and be controlled of heavy metals enrichment.It can be proposed appropriate measures to reduce heavy metals contents in commodity Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort.
