2013年四川及西南部分地区春旱严重,省人工影响天气办公室积极组织实施飞机增雨作业共37架次,对上述地区农业抗旱、空中水资源开发、生态环境改善等方面发挥了重要作用.选取4月4日20时飞机人工增雨作业个例,对干旱监测、天气条件、作业条件监测、作业方案及效果评估等进行详细分析.此次增雨作业后,作业区降水回波强度面积明显增强,降水量也在作业后有增大的过程,作业区普降小到中雨,部分地方大雨.利用区域雨量对比的方法计算得出此次增雨作业影响面积2.9万km2,3h增加降水量11972万m3.

In the year of 2013,a serious spring drought takes place in Sichuan and southwest of china.The weather modification office of Sichuan province actively organizes the aircraft precipitation enhancement operation a total of 37,witch has played an important role in drought resistance,air water resources of the region agriculture development,improving the ecological environment in the above areas.Based on the typical operation case on 4th April,2013,by analyzing of drought monitor,weather conditions,operation condition,operation scheme and effect evaluation in detail.The intensity and area of the precipitation echo in the working region is obviously enhanced,precipitation has increased after this operation.In the most of the working area had small to moderate rain.The partial stations had heavy rain.With the method of comparing regional rainfall,this operation had effect area of 29000 km2,increased rainfall of 119.72 million m3.in 3 h.
