当前广东的旅游业和全国一样，已进入传统观光旅游和现代多元化旅游竞相发展的新时期。这必然给高等职业教育的旅游人才培养带来新的挑战和机遇。据此，在全面了解广东省旅游转型升级大趋势的基础上，探讨明确了旅游转型对专业人才能力培养的核心要求，提出了改革创新旅游人才教育理念、更新人才培养观以及开辟探索人才培养的有效途径等实用型旅游人才培养的新思路。

As is in the whole country, the current tourism in Guangdong Province has entered the new era of traditional sightseeing tourism competes with modern diversified tourism development, which will bring new challenges and opportunities to the cultivation of tourism talents in higher vocational education. Accordingly, in a comprehensive understanding of tourism transformation trend in Guangdong Province, this article keeps gaining insight into the core requirements of professional talents’ abilities under the background of tourism transformation, and puts forward new ideas of the practical tourism talents training, such as reforming and innovating education ideal of tourism talents, updating our idea of talent cultivation, opening up to explore effective ways of talent training.
