基于协同育人视角的高职人才培养模式探索,是实现高职教育人才培养模式改革的有效途径,是落实《国家中长期教育改革与发展规划纲要(2010-2020年)》“以就业为导向,推进教育教学改革”的具体要求。近年来,广州番禺职业技术学院珠宝学院探索校企合作途径、全方位服务企业需求、实现三方共赢目标,共同建设协同育人平台,并在此基础上,对专业人才培养模式改革进行了有益的探索,并取得了良好的效果。

Exploration on talents training mode of higher vocational and technical education based on collaborative education perspective, is an effective reform route to realize talents training mode of higher vocational and technical education. It is a result of carrying out the " Nation Medium-Long Term Educational Reform and Development Plan Outline (2010-2020)——the career-oriented educational teaching reform". In recent years, Jewelry Institute of Guangzhou Panyu Polytechnic explored the routes of school-enterprise cooperation, meeting enterprises’ needs in full ranges, and achieved multi-win goals in school-student-enterprise three aspects. The school-enterprise cooperated in the construction of the collaborative educational platform, explored talents training mode reform and achieved good effects.
