目的：了解某大学新生视力不良发病情况，为今后大学生视力保健提供可靠的依据。方法对某高校2007、2009、2011、2013年4年入学的新生进行视力检测，比较男女新生视力不良检出率及不同年度学生视力不良构成情况。结果2007、2009、2011、2013年，新生视力不良以重度为主，且女生视力不良检出率高于男生，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05或0.01）。结论大学新生视力不良呈逐年加重趋势，应积极做好大学生视力不良的防控工作。
목적：료해모대학신생시력불량발병정황，위금후대학생시력보건제공가고적의거。방법대모고교2007、2009、2011、2013년4년입학적신생진행시력검측，비교남녀신생시력불량검출솔급불동년도학생시력불량구성정황。결과2007、2009、2011、2013년，신생시력불량이중도위주，차녀생시력불량검출솔고우남생，차이균유통계학의의（P<0.05혹0.01）。결론대학신생시력불량정축년가중추세，응적겁주호대학생시력불량적방공공작。
Objective To understand the prevalence situation of poor eyesight among freshmen in a university to provide the reliable basis for the prevention and control of students′poor eyesight in the future. Methods The university freshmen from 2007 to 2013 were performed the eyesight measurement. Then the detection rates of poor naked eyesight and the constituent situa-tion of poor eyesight in different grades of students were compared between the male and female students. Results The poor eye-sight of university freshmen was mainly severe in 2007,2009,2011 and 2013. Furthermore,the detection rate of poor eyesight in female students was higher than that in the male students,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05 or P<0.01). Conclu-sion The poor eyesight in the university freshmen show the increasing trend year by year. The prevention and control work of poor eyesight in the university students should be done well.
