从明晰“致用德育”的概念入手，分析高职思想政治理论课项目设计的现实要求，提出基于“致用德育”理念的高职思想政治理论课程设计思路，以思想道德修养与法律基础课程为例，从课程目标、教学内容及教学过程等三个角度探索项目设计的具体运作，并对五年来项目设计教学改革的实践进行总结与反思。
從明晰“緻用德育”的概唸入手，分析高職思想政治理論課項目設計的現實要求，提齣基于“緻用德育”理唸的高職思想政治理論課程設計思路，以思想道德脩養與法律基礎課程為例，從課程目標、教學內容及教學過程等三箇角度探索項目設計的具體運作，併對五年來項目設計教學改革的實踐進行總結與反思。

Our study analyzes the practical requirements of the project design of ideological and political courses at higher vocational colleges on the basis of “practical moral education” concepts. Taking the course of “ideological and moral cultivation and the legal basis” as an example, our project is designed from the three perspectives of the course target, teaching content and teaching process. At last, a summary and introspection on the project design practice of educational reform in the past five years will be made.
