在SUV车型的后转向节中，橡胶套安装孔存在空间角度，为了保证工件空间尺寸的趋中性，需要定期对数控机床的坐标进行调整。而由于产品坐标系与数控机床坐标系不相同，需要转化。为了最大限度地提高工作效率，提高转化过程的准确性，本文介绍了一种基于三角函数算法的坐标系转化方法，并结合实例讲解，可以有效应用在生产实践中。

In the rear knuckle of SUV models, The rubber sleeve hole has space angle, in order to ensure the central tendency of workpiece space size , we need to adjust CNC machine tool coordinates regularly . Because the product coordinate system and CNC machine tool coordinate system is not the same, we need to transform it. In order to maximize the efficiency, and improve the accuracy of the conversion process, this paper introduces a method of transforming the trigonometric function algorithm based on the coordinate system, and explain it with examples, In this way they can better apply theory to practice.
