目的:通过调查护理本科生的自我效能感和临床实践行为现状,探讨二者之间的相关性,分析影响自我效能感和临床实践行为的因素,提升护理本科生的临床实习质量。方法2014年11月1~30日,对广州中山大学附属第三医院临床实习的60名护理本科生,用一般自我效能感量表和护理本科生临床实践行为评价表进行问卷调查,回收有效问卷50份。结果96.0%(48/50)的护理本科生自我效能感表现为中等及偏上(≥2.5分);72.0%(36/50)的护理本科生对自己的临床实践行为总体满意(>2.5分),且二者呈显著正相关(r=0.712,P<0.01)。结论护理本科生的自我效能感表现较好,临床实践行为总体上也比较满意;提高护理本科生自我效能感能够很好地促进护理本科生临床实践行为。

Objective To survey the self-efficacy sense and the clinical practice behaviors in the nursing undergradu-ates for investigating their correlation ,analyzing the factors affecting them and improving the nursing undergraduates′ clinical practice quality. Methods 60 nursing undergraduates conducting the clinical practice in the Third Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Zhongshan University from November 1 2014 to November 30 2014 were performed the questionnaire survey by using the general self-efficacy sense scale and the nursing undergraduates′clinical practice behavior evaluation form. Results 96.0%(48/50) of the nursing undergraduates showed a medium or above average level (≥2.5 points) of self-efficacy sense. 72.0%(36/50) of the nursing undergraduates were generally satisfied with their clinical practice behaviors (>2.5 points). Moreover the self-effica-cy sense and the clinical practice behaviors showed the positive correlation (r=0.712,P<0.002). Conclusion The nursing under-graduates have better self-efficacy sense. Their clinical practice behaviors are satisfactory as a whole. Improving the nursing un-dergraduates′self-efficacy sense can accelerate their clinical practice behaviors.
