目的:探讨荆门市临床医生工作压力现状及影响因素,为制订相关措施提供参考。方法2014年6~7月,荆门市卫生和计划生育委员会采用临床医生工作压力量表对湖北省荆门市708名临床医生进行问卷调查。结果临床医生工作压力总分为38~152分,平均(109.36±15.58)分,均分占总分的71.9%。各维度均分分别占其维度总分的74.5%、63.2%、86.1%、67.4%、51.1%、90.2%和74.3%。不同性别、年龄、学历、职称、医院等级和职业满意度的临床医生工作压力比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论荆门市临床医生总体工作压力较大,其中外部环境方面压力最大,其次是工作负荷,人际关系方面压力最低,相关行政部门应帮助临床医生营造宽松工作环境,减轻工作负荷,减少工作压力。

Objective To probe into the doctors′work stress current situation and influential factors so as to provide ref-erence for formulating the related measures. Methods The Jingmen Municipal Commission of Health and Planning adopted the clinicians′work stress scale to perform the questionnaire survey on 708 clinicians in Jingmen city from June to July 2014. Results The total scores of clinicians′work stress were 38-152 (109.36±15.58),the average accounting for 71.9%of the total scores. The average in each dimension accounted for 74.5%,63.2%,86.1%,67.4%,51.1%,90.2%and 74.3%of each dimensional total score respectively. The work stress had statistically significant differences among different genders ,ages,education background, professional titles,hospital level and doctor satisfaction (P<0.05). Conclusion Doctors in Jingmen city generally have heavy work stress,in which the stress in terms of external environment is maximal,followed by the work load and the stress in interper-sonal relationship is minimal. The related administrative departments should help clinical doctors to create relaxed working envi-ronment,relieve their work load and reduce the work pressure.
