厘清全日制硕士专业学位研究生教育的科学定义，分析全日制硕士专业学位研究生教育质量评价体系中存在的问题。基于此，在评价体系中引入AHP法，构建政府、高校、社会、受教育者四方面的评价体系，为全日制硕士专业学位研究生教育质量评价体系的构建提供思路，达到提高全日制硕士专业学位研究生教育质量的目的。
釐清全日製碩士專業學位研究生教育的科學定義，分析全日製碩士專業學位研究生教育質量評價體繫中存在的問題。基于此，在評價體繫中引入AHP法，構建政府、高校、社會、受教育者四方麵的評價體繫，為全日製碩士專業學位研究生教育質量評價體繫的構建提供思路，達到提高全日製碩士專業學位研究生教育質量的目的。

This paper works out the scientific definition of full-time professional Master Degree postgraduate education and points out the problem existing in the education quality evaluation system of the full-time professional Master Degree postgraduate education. With the introduction of AHP method into the evaluation system,we can create an evaluation consisting of the government,university, society and students to provide a new thought of constructing education quality evaluation system for the full-time professional Master Degree postgraduate education and to improve the quality of full-time professional Master Degree postgraduate education.
