旅游政策对区域旅游的发展发挥了重要作用，研究旅游政策在空间层面的效应是旅游政策有效调控的前提，有利于提高政策设计与配置的有效性、适用性。基于非平衡推进理论，以省级旅游目的地空间为研究对象，结合各类目的地空间演进规律，研究了政策与空间演进的互动机制。以期揭示政策对空间演进的作用以及空间演进对政策的需求，为政府因地制宜制定区域旅游政策提供理论参考。研究发现：同一旅游政策在不同的空间作用不同，不同的目的地空间发展需要不同的政策支持；省级旅游目的地空间演变为点状、线状、面状三种形态；旅游政策通过作用于要素资源影响空间结构演化，新的空间结构对政策供给提出新的需求，应当依据各地旅游业发展实际配置引导性旅游政策，谋求地方旅游业的高效可持续发展。

Tourism policy has played an important role in the development of regional tourism.The research of tourism policy effect in spatial level is a prerequisite for effective control, and helps to improve the effectiveness and applicability of policy design and configuration.This paper based on the non-equilibrium theory, takes the provin-cial tourism destination as the research object, combining the evolution rules of various destinations, studies the in-teractive mechanism of tourism policy and destination spatial evolution,in order to reveal the function of tourism pol-icy on destination spatial evolution and policy requirements during the evolution process, and provide theoretical reference for the government to make regional tourism policy according to local tourism development conditions.The study finds that:the same tourism policy’ s effect is different in different region, different destination development needs different policy support; provincial tourism destinations evolve into three forms of point, linear, planar;tourism policies influence the evolvement of spatial structure by acting on the development elements, new spatial structure raises new requirements for the policy supply.Tourism guiding policy should be allocated on the basis of regional tourism situation, seeking for the sustainable development.
