目的：探讨急性心肌梗死早期患者应用体位护理对心脏机能的影响。方法本次共选择120例急性心肌梗死早期患者作研究对象，均为我院2012年9月至2013年9月收治，依据不同角度半卧位护理方式分组，其中30°、45°、60°各40例，比较对心脏机能的影响。结果与平卧位比较，半卧位即刻3组心肌耗氧量明显增加(P<0.05)。30°组和45°组半卧位1min心肌耗氧量下降与平卧位水平接近。60°组以半卧位即刻心肌耗氧量最高，半卧位10min时仍未降至平卧位水平。两两比较半卧位即刻三组心肌耗氧量，60°组与30°、45°比较，有明显差异(P<0.05)；30°与45°比较无明是差异(P>0.05)。结论加强急性心肌梗死早期患者体位护理，可为心脏机能恢复提供条件，利于患者机体康复。

Objective: To investigate the effect of body position nursing care of patients with early application of acute myo-cardial infarction on cardiac function.Methods:the total 120 cases of acute myocardial infarction patients as the research object, are in our hospital from 2012 September to 2013 September were grouped according to different angles, semi supine nursing mode, one of 30°, 45°, 60° 40 cases, comparative effects on cardiac function.Results: compared with the supine, semi supine immediately 3 groups of myocardial oxygen consumption increased significantly (P<0.05). The group of 30 degree and 45 degree group semi supine 1min myocardial oxygen consumption decreased close and supine level. Group of 60 degree to semi supine immediately myocardial oxygen consumption to the highest level, supine position not semi supine 10min. Two two comparison of semi supine immediately three groups of myocardial oxygen consumption, compared with 60° and 30°, 45° group, there is significant difference (P<0.05); compared with 30° and 45° ignorance is the difference (P>0.05).Conclusion:strengthening the nursing of acute myocardial infarction in patients with early body position, can provide the conditions for the heart function re-covery, rehabilitation for patients.
