目的:提高医院在突发事件中的药事管理质量。方法:总结我院在参与救治昆山“8.2”火灾烧伤患者中药事管理方面的经验和不足,针对存在的问题提出科学合理的对策与建议。结果:我院的保障型药事管理环节如药品采购、药品调剂、质量控制等管理水平较高,技术型药事管理环节如临床药学服务、药学监护、不良反应监测、病例讨论等专业水平有待提高。结论:药事管理模式已经由保障供应型向技术服务型转变,需要从转变思想观念、明确责任分工、加强人才队伍建设和培训力度等方面提升管理水平,才能满足新时期药事管理要求。

목적:제고의원재돌발사건중적약사관리질량。방법:총결아원재삼여구치곤산“8.2”화재소상환자중약사관리방면적경험화불족,침대존재적문제제출과학합리적대책여건의。결과:아원적보장형약사관리배절여약품채구、약품조제、질량공제등관리수평교고,기술형약사관리배절여림상약학복무、약학감호、불량반응감측、병례토론등전업수평유대제고。결론:약사관리모식이경유보장공응형향기술복무형전변,수요종전변사상관념、명학책임분공、가강인재대오건설화배훈력도등방면제승관리수평,재능만족신시기약사관리요구。
Objective: Toimprove the quality of management of hospital pharmacy in emergencies.Methods:The experience and the insufifciency of pharmacy administration in the case that our hospital participated in the treatment of patients in the Kunshan "8.2" ifre were summarized, and scientiifc and reasonable countermeasures and suggestions for the existing problems were put forward.Results:The level ofpharmacy administration at safeguard links such as drug purchase, drug dispensing, and so on was high, and the level ofpharmacy administration at technology links such as clinical pharmacy services, pharmaceutical care, monitoring of adverse drug reactions and case discussions needed to be improved.Conclusion:The mode of pharmacy administration has been changed from the safeguard-based mode to the technology-based mode. Accordingly the management level should be improved in the following aspects such as changing ideas and concepts, dividing clear responsibilities, strengthening the development of qualiifed personnel, and so on, so as to meet the requirements of pharmacy administration in the new period.
