当前我国地方高校目标管理呈现出五大新变化:由统一式目标管理向分类目标管理转变,由年度目标管理向年度目标与任期目标相结合的目标管理转变,由常规目标管理向重点目标管理转变,由强制性目标管理向诱导性目标管理转变,由以院系为主的目标管理向职能部门与院系目标任务捆绑相结合的目标管理转变。

The current objective management in local colleges universities of our country presents five new changes of transformation from unified objective management to classified objective management, from annual objective management to the combination of annual target and term objective management, from the normal objective management to pivot objective management, from the mandatory objective man-agement to induced objective management, from the predominantly department objective management to binding functional departments and departments target tasks.
