目的：研究格拉司琼对妇科腹腔镜手术患者术后恶心呕吐的预防及治疗效果。方法选取渭南市第二医院妇科2012年6月至2014年5月200例行妇科腹腔镜手术患者资料，根据不同治疗方法分为对照组和观察组，每组各100例。观察组患者在手术结束前0.5 h静脉注射格拉司琼3 mg；对照组患者在手术结束前0.5 h注射氯化钠注射液4 mL，比较两组患者术后恶心呕吐发生的次数及程度，并记录两组患者不良反应发生情况。结果观察组患者恶心呕吐的发生率18.0％（18／100）明显低于对照组的69.0％（69／100），差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论格拉司琼对妇科腹腔镜手术患者术后恶心呕吐的症状能起到很好的预防及治疗作用。
목적：연구격랍사경대부과복강경수술환자술후악심구토적예방급치료효과。방법선취위남시제이의원부과2012년6월지2014년5월200례행부과복강경수술환자자료，근거불동치료방법분위대조조화관찰조，매조각100례。관찰조환자재수술결속전0.5 h정맥주사격랍사경3 mg；대조조환자재수술결속전0.5 h주사록화납주사액4 mL，비교량조환자술후악심구토발생적차수급정도，병기록량조환자불량반응발생정황。결과관찰조환자악심구토적발생솔18.0％（18／100）명현저우대조조적69.0％（69／100），차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론격랍사경대부과복강경수술환자술후악심구토적증상능기도흔호적예방급치료작용。
Objective To study the clinical effect of Granisetron in preventing and curing postoperative nausea and vomiting of gyneccologic laparoscopic operation.Methods Data of 200 cases with gynecological laparoscopic operation from June 2012 to May 2014 in The Second Hospital of Weinan City were chosen, all cases were divided into observation group and control group with 100 cases in each group.The cases in observation group were injected 3 mg Granisetron in 0.5 hour before the operation finish, while the patients in control group were given 4 mL sodium chloride injection in 0.5 hour before the operation finish.Compare the times and extent of postoperative nausea and vomiting, and record the occurrence of adverse reactions between two groups.Results The incidence of nausea and vomiting in observation group [ 18 % ( 18/100 ) ] was significantly lower than the control group [ 69 % ( 69/100 ) ] , the difference was statistically significant ( P <0.05 ) .Conclusion Granisetron in the cases undergoing laparoscopic operation for gynecological symptoms of nausea and vomiting can play a good role in the prevention and treatment.
