目的：探讨宫腔镜下超滑泥鳅导丝疏通术联合穴位注射治疗输卵管性不孕症的效果。方法选取2010年10月至2012年10月在安阳市中医院妇产科收治的96例输卵管性不孕症患者临床资料，按照治疗方法不同分为3组：32例采用宫腔镜下超滑泥鳅导丝疏通术联合穴位注射纳入A组，32例服用丹黄祛瘀胶囊和消炎复通丸结合经期穴位注射等中医治疗纳入B组，32例仅采用宫腔镜下超滑泥鳅导丝疏通术纳入C组，对比分析3组在治疗过程中通液次数和治疗1年内的妊娠率。结果 A组治疗过程中通液次数[（1.94±0.45）次]明显少于 B、C 组[（3.63±0.24）次、（2.40±0.34）次]（P ＜0.05），A 组妊娠率为93.94％，明显高于B、C组（78.79％、81.25％）（P＜0.05）。结论宫腔镜下超滑泥鳅导丝疏通术联合穴位注射治疗输卵管性不孕切实可行，疗效较好。
목적：탐토궁강경하초활니추도사소통술연합혈위주사치료수란관성불잉증적효과。방법선취2010년10월지2012년10월재안양시중의원부산과수치적96례수란관성불잉증환자림상자료，안조치료방법불동분위3조：32례채용궁강경하초활니추도사소통술연합혈위주사납입A조，32례복용단황거어효낭화소염복통환결합경기혈위주사등중의치료납입B조，32례부채용궁강경하초활니추도사소통술납입C조，대비분석3조재치료과정중통액차수화치료1년내적임신솔。결과 A조치료과정중통액차수[（1.94±0.45）차]명현소우 B、C 조[（3.63±0.24）차、（2.40±0.34）차]（P ＜0.05），A 조임신솔위93.94％，명현고우B、C조（78.79％、81.25％）（P＜0.05）。결론궁강경하초활니추도사소통술연합혈위주사치료수란관성불잉절실가행，료효교호。
Objective To observe the effect of super-smooth loach guide wire dredging operation under hysteroscopes combined with acupoint injection in the treatment of tubal infertility.Methods A total of 96 patients with tubal infertility in Anyang TCM Hospital from Oct 2012 to Oct 2013were selected, all cases were divided into three groups according to different treatments, 32 cases received super-smooth loach guide wire dredging operation under hysteroscopes combined with acupoint injection were selected as group A, 32 cases received traditional Chinese medicine and acupoint injection were selected as group B, 32 cases received super-smooth loach guide wire dredging operation under hysteroscopes were selected as group C.The number of dredging operation and pregnancy rate 1 year after treatment were compared between 3 groups.Results The number of dredging operation of group A was (1.94 ±0.45), which was less than group B and group C[(3.63 ±0.24), (2.40 ±0.34)](P<0.05).The pregnancy in group A was 93.94 %,which was higher than group B (78.79 %) and group C(81.25 %)(P<0.05).Conclusion The super-smooth loach guide wire dredging operation under hysteroscopes combined with acupoint injection in the treatment of tubal infertility is feasible with a confirm effect.
