卓越教师的培养,是当前高师院校教师教育改革的一个重要方向。为了应对这一时代课题的严峻挑战,教育类课程教学改革需要从五个方面来整体思考:在教学地位上,实现从“公共”到“专业”的根本转变;在教学目标上,着眼于激活和提升未来教师的“卓越”品质;在教学内容上,实现教育理论与实践的动态交互和模块整合;在教学方法策略上,注重师范生的内心体验和实践行动;在教学评价上,开展基于“数据”的发展性评价。

The training of outstanding teachers is an important aspect of teachers’ education in normal institutes. To accept the challenge, the reform of the pedagogic courses should pay attention to the following:in terms of curriculum setting, the courses should be changed from non-major to major courses;in terms of objectives, the courses should be oriented to stir up the “outstanding”qualities of the students;in terms of contents,theory and practice should be dynamically interacting and module integrating;in terms of method and strategy, emphasis should be laid on the inner world experience and actual practice;and in terms of assessment, data-based one should be introduced.
