目的：分析剖腹产手术患者腹部切口的护理方法，并对患者实施的护理效果展开研究。方法选取我院就诊的剖腹产手术腹部切口患者共120例，将其随机分为对照组（使用常规的护理方法）和观察组（使用更为全面、专业、人性的护理方法），分析两组护理干预的效果。结果观察组中切口脂肪液化、切口感染均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论对患者实施更为全面、专业、人性化的护理方法，能大幅度提高分娩成功率，加速创口愈合，促使患者身体早日恢复健康，具有很好的临床护理效果。
목적：분석부복산수술환자복부절구적호리방법，병대환자실시적호리효과전개연구。방법선취아원취진적부복산수술복부절구환자공120례，장기수궤분위대조조（사용상규적호리방법）화관찰조（사용경위전면、전업、인성적호리방법），분석량조호리간예적효과。결과관찰조중절구지방액화、절구감염균저우대조조，차이유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론대환자실시경위전면、전업、인성화적호리방법，능대폭도제고분면성공솔，가속창구유합，촉사환자신체조일회복건강，구유흔호적림상호리효과。
Objective To analysis the nursing method for patients with abdominal incision cesarean section operation,and to study the efficacy of nursing care for the patients.Methods Selected our hospital cesarean operation of abdominal incision in patients with a total of 120 cases,which were randomly divided into control group(using the routine nursing)and the observation group(nursing method was more comprehensive,professional,human nature), two groups of nursing intervention were analyzed.Results In the observation group,incision fat liquefaction of incision infection were significantly lower than that of the control group,the difference was statisticaly significant(P< 0.05).Conclusion For patients with a more comprehensive nursing methods,professional,humane,can greatly improve the delivery success rate,accelerate wound healing,the patient's body wil soon be restored to health,with clinical nursing effect is good.
