目的：探讨在血液透析护理中应用心理护理对提高患者舒适度的临床效果；方法从我院2012年6月～2014年6月收治的接受血液透析治疗患者中选取80例为研究对象，随机分为观察组40例，对照组40例，对照组行常规护理，观察组在对照组基础上给予心理护理，观察两组患者护理干预后心理状况及舒适度。结果观察组干预后SDS及SAS评分同对照组比较，明显较低，观察组患者舒适率为92.50%，同对照组77.50%比较，明显较高，差异存在统计学家意义（P<0.05）。结论在血液透析治疗中，给予患者全面心理护理干预，能有效改善患者心理状况，提高患者舒适度。

목적：탐토재혈액투석호리중응용심리호리대제고환자서괄도적림상효과；방법종아원2012년6월～2014년6월수치적접수혈액투석치료환자중선취80례위연구대상，수궤분위관찰조40례，대조조40례，대조조행상규호리，관찰조재대조조기출상급여심리호리，관찰량조환자호리간예후심리상황급서괄도。결과관찰조간예후SDS급SAS평분동대조조비교，명현교저，관찰조환자서괄솔위92.50%，동대조조77.50%비교，명현교고，차이존재통계학가의의（P<0.05）。결론재혈액투석치료중，급여환자전면심리호리간예，능유효개선환자심리상황，제고환자서괄도。
Objective To explore the application of psychological nursing to improve the comfort degree of patients with clinical effect in hemodialysis nursing. MethodsFrom June 2012 to June 2014 in our hospital,80 hemodialysis patients were selected as the research object,randomly divided into observation group 40 cases,control group 40 cases,control group used the routine nursing care,the observation group used the routine nursing care plus psychological care,psychological status of patients and comfort in two groups were observed after nursing intervention.ResultsIn the observation group after the intervention,SDS and SAS score compared with the control group,the patients in the observation group were significantly lower, comfortable rate was 92.50%,compared with 77.50% in the control group,significantly higher,the difference was a significance(P< 0.05). Conclusion In treatment of hemodialysis,patients given comprehensive psychological nursing intervention,can effectively improve the psychological status of patients,improve the comfort degree of patients.
