目的：通过对33924例阴道分泌物涂片的检验结果进行回顾性分析，了解阴道分泌物中真菌及滴虫检出情况。方法用无菌棉拭取阴道后穹窿及阴道壁分泌物，生理盐水涂片高倍镜镜检及干片革兰氏染色油镜镜检。结果自33924例阴道分泌物中检出真菌6549例，占19.30%；滴虫304例，占0.90%。1～5月11754例标本中检出真菌2162例，占18.39%；检出滴虫122例，检出率1.04%。6～12月份22170例标本中检出真菌4387例，占19.79%；检出滴虫182例，检出率0.82%。结论阴道分泌物中真菌检出高于滴虫（P<0.01），夏秋季真菌检出高于冬春季（P<0.01），但滴虫检出与季节无相关性（P>0.05）。本院真菌检出率高于本市其它医院，但有逐年下降趋势，而滴虫检出率则低于国内其他地区。
目的：通過對33924例陰道分泌物塗片的檢驗結果進行迴顧性分析，瞭解陰道分泌物中真菌及滴蟲檢齣情況。方法用無菌棉拭取陰道後穹窿及陰道壁分泌物，生理鹽水塗片高倍鏡鏡檢及榦片革蘭氏染色油鏡鏡檢。結果自33924例陰道分泌物中檢齣真菌6549例，佔19.30%；滴蟲304例，佔0.90%。1～5月11754例標本中檢齣真菌2162例，佔18.39%；檢齣滴蟲122例，檢齣率1.04%。6～12月份22170例標本中檢齣真菌4387例，佔19.79%；檢齣滴蟲182例，檢齣率0.82%。結論陰道分泌物中真菌檢齣高于滴蟲（P<0.01），夏鞦季真菌檢齣高于鼕春季（P<0.01），但滴蟲檢齣與季節無相關性（P>0.05）。本院真菌檢齣率高于本市其它醫院，但有逐年下降趨勢，而滴蟲檢齣率則低于國內其他地區。
목적：통과대33924례음도분비물도편적검험결과진행회고성분석，료해음도분비물중진균급적충검출정황。방법용무균면식취음도후궁륭급음도벽분비물，생리염수도편고배경경검급간편혁란씨염색유경경검。결과자33924례음도분비물중검출진균6549례，점19.30%；적충304례，점0.90%。1～5월11754례표본중검출진균2162례，점18.39%；검출적충122례，검출솔1.04%。6～12월빈22170례표본중검출진균4387례，점19.79%；검출적충182례，검출솔0.82%。결론음도분비물중진균검출고우적충（P<0.01），하추계진균검출고우동춘계（P<0.01），단적충검출여계절무상관성（P>0.05）。본원진균검출솔고우본시기타의원，단유축년하강추세，이적충검출솔칙저우국내기타지구。
Objective To pass the examination results of 33 924 cases of vaginal smears were retrospectively analyzed,understand vaginal fungal and trichomonas detection in the situation.Methods With sterile cotton after swabbing of vaginal fornix and the wals of the vagina secretion,saline smear at high magnification microscopy and dry oil gram staining microscopy.ResultsFrom 33 924 cases of vaginal discharge detection fungus 6 549 cases, accounting for 19.30%,trichomonad 304 cases,accounting for 0.90%,from January to may detect fungi in specimens of 11 754 cases of 11 754 cases,accounted for 18.39%,check out trichomonad 122 cases,1.04% detection rate,from Gune to December month detected in specimens of 22 170 cases of fungus 4 387 cases,accounting for 19.79%,check out trichomonad 182 cases,0.82% detection rate.Conclusion The vaginal secretions trichomoniasis fungal detection higher(P< 0.01),summer and autumn,winter and spring fungal detection higher(P< 0.01),but trichomoniasis detected no correlation with the seasons (P> 0.05). Court fungal detection rate is higher than the city's other hospitals,but there is a declining trend, while trichomoniasis detection rate is lower than elsewhere in the country.
