近年来随着高校建筑规模的增长和设备设施的增加,节能需求日益突出,而构建绿色建筑评价体系来对节能状况进行评估是做好节能工作的前提。本文提出了一种基于动态权重的高校建筑节能评价模型,其原理是在静态权重的基础上参考模型的能源利用、运行管理、设备效率和设备维保等指标预估区间和对总体影响程度,将信息迭代到模型指标的权重矩阵中分析评估。通过对动态权重评价模型进行实例测试,表明了动态权重评价模型明显优于静态权重均分评价模型,评价结论更有区分度,能实时、快速地计算出评价参数,帮助决策者制定节能策略和措施。

In recent years, with the increase in the size of the growth in university buildings and equipment and facilities, energy demand is increasingly prominent. And it is a premise to build a green building rating system to evaluate the energy-saving work situation.This paper presents an energy-saving evaluation model based on dynamic weighting.The principle is to predict the sum of al sections referencing the energy use, operation management, equipmentefficiency and equipment maintenance based on the static weight.Then send the iterative message to the model index weight matrix to analyse and evaluate. Through the dynamic evaluation model weights instance test,it shows that the dynamic weight distribution is better than that of static weight. It wil help managers make clear energy-saving direction to take measures.
