目的：：探讨缬沙坦联合叶酸在社区老年H型高血压合并高同型半胱氨酸( homocysteine,Hcy)中的应用效果。方法：选取300例老年H型高血压患者,按随机数字表法均分为对照组和观察组。对照组给予缬沙坦每次80 mg,每天1次,口服；观察组给予缬沙坦每次80 mg联合叶酸每次0.4 mg,每天1次,口服。2组患者疗程均为12个月,观察2组患者治疗前后血压及Hcy水平、心脑血管事件等发生情况。结果：2组患者治疗3、6和12个月后血压较治疗前明显下降(P<0.01),但2组患者降压效果差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)；观察组用药3、6和12个月后血浆Hcy水平均显著低于对照组(P<0.01),且短暂性脑缺血发作事件发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论：缬沙坦联合叶酸治疗社区老年H型高血压效果明显,在降低血压和Hcy水平的同时,可有效减少短暂性脑缺血发作事件的发生。
目的：：探討纈沙坦聯閤葉痠在社區老年H型高血壓閤併高同型半胱氨痠( homocysteine,Hcy)中的應用效果。方法：選取300例老年H型高血壓患者,按隨機數字錶法均分為對照組和觀察組。對照組給予纈沙坦每次80 mg,每天1次,口服；觀察組給予纈沙坦每次80 mg聯閤葉痠每次0.4 mg,每天1次,口服。2組患者療程均為12箇月,觀察2組患者治療前後血壓及Hcy水平、心腦血管事件等髮生情況。結果：2組患者治療3、6和12箇月後血壓較治療前明顯下降(P<0.01),但2組患者降壓效果差異均無統計學意義(P>0.05)；觀察組用藥3、6和12箇月後血漿Hcy水平均顯著低于對照組(P<0.01),且短暫性腦缺血髮作事件髮生率明顯低于對照組(P<0.01)。結論：纈沙坦聯閤葉痠治療社區老年H型高血壓效果明顯,在降低血壓和Hcy水平的同時,可有效減少短暫性腦缺血髮作事件的髮生。
목적：：탐토힐사탄연합협산재사구노년H형고혈압합병고동형반광안산( homocysteine,Hcy)중적응용효과。방법：선취300례노년H형고혈압환자,안수궤수자표법균분위대조조화관찰조。대조조급여힐사탄매차80 mg,매천1차,구복；관찰조급여힐사탄매차80 mg연합협산매차0.4 mg,매천1차,구복。2조환자료정균위12개월,관찰2조환자치료전후혈압급Hcy수평、심뇌혈관사건등발생정황。결과：2조환자치료3、6화12개월후혈압교치료전명현하강(P<0.01),단2조환자강압효과차이균무통계학의의(P>0.05)；관찰조용약3、6화12개월후혈장Hcy수평균현저저우대조조(P<0.01),차단잠성뇌결혈발작사건발생솔명현저우대조조(P<0.01)。결론：힐사탄연합협산치료사구노년H형고혈압효과명현,재강저혈압화Hcy수평적동시,가유효감소단잠성뇌결혈발작사건적발생。
Objective:To explore the effects of valsartan combined with folic acid in the treatment of elderly patients with type H hypertension complicated with high homocysteine. Methods:Three hundred patients with type H hypertension were randomly divided into the control group and treatment group. The control group were treated with 80 mg of valsartan once a day by oral,the treatment group were additionally treated with 0. 4 mg of folic acid once a day by oral based on the control group. Two groups were treated for 12 months,the levels of blood pressure and homocysteine,and cardio-cerebrovascular events in two groups were observed before and after treatment. Results:Compared with before treatment,the blood pressure levels in two groups decreased significantly after 3,6 and 12 months of treatment(P<0. 01),but the difference of the hypotensive effects between two groups was not statistically significant(P>0. 05). The homocysteine level and incidence of transient ischemic attack in treatment group were significantly lower than those in control group after 3,6 and 12 months of treatment(P<0. 01). Conclusions:The effects of valsartan combined with folic acid in the treatment of the elderly patients with type H hypertension are good, which can decrease the levels of the blood pressure and homocysteine,and occurrence of transient ischemic attack at the same time.
