汉魏两晋南北朝是我国历史上的民族大融合时期,表现在饮食方面,胡族与汉族之间的交流便十分频繁。其原因当与张骞凿空西域、夷夏观的演变以及胡汉民族不同的生活方式等不无关系。胡汉之间的饮食文化交流体现出双向性、层次性和创新性等特点,对当时及后世产生了积极的影响。
漢魏兩晉南北朝是我國歷史上的民族大融閤時期,錶現在飲食方麵,鬍族與漢族之間的交流便十分頻繁。其原因噹與張鶱鑿空西域、夷夏觀的縯變以及鬍漢民族不同的生活方式等不無關繫。鬍漢之間的飲食文化交流體現齣雙嚮性、層次性和創新性等特點,對噹時及後世產生瞭積極的影響。
한위량진남북조시아국역사상적민족대융합시기,표현재음식방면,호족여한족지간적교류편십분빈번。기원인당여장건착공서역、이하관적연변이급호한민족불동적생활방식등불무관계。호한지간적음식문화교류체현출쌍향성、층차성화창신성등특점,대당시급후세산생료적겁적영향。
It is the period of national integration in Chinese history in the Han ,Wei ,Jin ,Southern and Northern Dynasties .The dietary cultural exchange between the Hu and Han nationalities is very frequent . The reasons include the events of Zhang Qian's exploring in the Western Territory ,the development of views on foreign nationalities and the different lifestyles between the Hu and Han nationalities .The dietary cultural exchange show s the characteristics of bi-direction ,hierarchy and innovation ,and has positive effects on that time and later ages .
