目的：本文对呼吸内科患者多药耐药的原因进行了分析，通过观察与分析提出了应对的措施。方法本院在2013年3月～2014年12月期间，共收治了22例呼吸内科多药耐药患者，研究人员通过回顾性分析的方法，对住院患者的临床资料以及病原菌分布进行了分析。结果通过长时间的观察与分析发现，呼吸内科患者出现多药耐药感染，与年龄、入院时间以及使用的药物有较大关系，在治疗的过程中，一定要结合患者的治病原因，制定出具有针对性的治疗措施。结论为了提高临床治疗的效果，需要对呼吸内科多药耐药患者进行24 h监控，对病情严重的患者还要进行隔离护理，要对患者使用的抗菌药物的合理性进行检测，这样才能保证治疗的效果。
목적：본문대호흡내과환자다약내약적원인진행료분석，통과관찰여분석제출료응대적조시。방법본원재2013년3월～2014년12월기간，공수치료22례호흡내과다약내약환자，연구인원통과회고성분석적방법，대주원환자적림상자료이급병원균분포진행료분석。결과통과장시간적관찰여분석발현，호흡내과환자출현다약내약감염，여년령、입원시간이급사용적약물유교대관계，재치료적과정중，일정요결합환자적치병원인，제정출구유침대성적치료조시。결론위료제고림상치료적효과，수요대호흡내과다약내약환자진행24 h감공，대병정엄중적환자환요진행격리호리，요대환자사용적항균약물적합이성진행검측，저양재능보증치료적효과。
Objective This paper analyzes the reasons for the drug resistance of the patients with respiratory department of internal medicine,and puts forward the measures to deal with the treatment.Methods In our hospital in March 2013 to 2014 in December during were treated in our department from the 22 cases of respiratory medicine multi drug resistant patients,the researchers through a review of analytical methods,has carried on the analysis to the hospitalized patients with clinical data and pathogen distribution. Results Found through observation and analysis of long time,patients in department of respiratory medicine appear multi drug resistant infections,with age,hospitalization time and the use of drugs have great relationship,in the course of treatment,be sure to has the corresponding treatment measures were worked out on the basis of cause of disease in patients with. Conclusion In order to improve the clinical treatment effect and need to 24 hours monitoring of respiratory medicine multi drug resistant patients,for patients with serious ilness also barrier nursing,to use on patients of antimicrobial agents for testing the reasonableness,so as to ensure treatment effect.
