目的：通过规范化绩效量化考核制度对手术室护理工作进行科学管理。方法自2013年来，应用自制的适合本院特点的绩效量化考核表对手术室护士进行规范化绩效考核，比较2013年年初和2014年年中考核的结果。结果自2012年实施规范化绩效量化考核以来，手术室护士工作态度明显积极、工作纰漏明显减少，护理质量和病人满意度均明显提高，护患关系明显改善，对手术室医生的工作也起到很好的促进作用。结论规范化绩效量化考核有助于科学管理手术室护理工作，增进护患关系，协助医生工作。
목적：통과규범화적효양화고핵제도대수술실호리공작진행과학관리。방법자2013년래，응용자제적괄합본원특점적적효양화고핵표대수술실호사진행규범화적효고핵，비교2013년년초화2014년년중고핵적결과。결과자2012년실시규범화적효양화고핵이래，수술실호사공작태도명현적겁、공작비루명현감소，호리질량화병인만의도균명현제고，호환관계명현개선，대수술실의생적공작야기도흔호적촉진작용。결론규범화적효양화고핵유조우과학관리수술실호리공작，증진호환관계，협조의생공작。
Objective Use standardized quantitative performance appraisal system to scientific management of operating room nursing. Methods Since 2013, the hospital used the performance evaluation form with its own characteristics to check operating room nurses. Results The enthusiasm, quality of care and patient satisfaction were significantly improved in 2014 compared of 2013, so did the work flaws in operating room nurses. Helpful in promoting harmonious relations between nurses and patiends,and assisting medical practitioners at the same time. Conclusion Standardized quantitative performance appraisal system is helpful in managing of care, enhance the nurse-patient relationship and assisting medical practitioners.
