目的：探讨早期治疗对早产儿脑损伤的治疗效果。方法将2013年到2014年在我院治疗的108例早产儿脑损伤患儿随机分为对照组和实验组各54例，其中对照组采取早期干预常规治疗，实验组在对照组的基础上采取早期康复治疗，对比两组患儿成长发育情况。结果对照组的反射异常、睡眠异常、肌张力异常、姿势异常的发生率明显高于实验组，数据对比明显，有比较意义(P<0.05)。结论早期康复治疗能够促进早产儿脑损伤的神经系统发育，完善脑部发育，值得在临床治疗中推广和使用。

Objective: To investigate the early treatment of premature infant brain injury treatment.Methods:From 2013 to 2014 in 108 cases of premature infants with brain injury in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and exper-imental group with 54 cases in each group, the control group received routine treatment of early intervention, the experimental group adopted early rehabilitation treatment on the basis of the control group, compared two groups of children with growth. Results: In the control group, the abnormal reflex sleep abnormalities, abnormal muscle tone, abnormal posture was significantly higher than the experimental group, the data contrast, comparative (P<0.05).Conclusion:Early rehabilitation therapy can pro-mote the development of the nervous system of brain injury in preterm infants, improve brain development, is worthy of promo-tion and use in clinical treatment.
