目的：探讨富含脂肪及淋巴成分组织的冰冻切片制作方法。方法临床送检的富含脂肪及淋巴成分组织(乳腺淋巴结、乳腺淋巴瘤和胸腺肿瘤等)经由德国 Leica CM 1950型恒低温冷冻切片机进行快速冰冻切片制作，控制冷冻头-35℃用新的锋利刀片，首先调整切片厚度为5μm 进行冰冻切片制作数张，后将切片厚度调整至15μm 甚至更厚，将切出的平整切片进行快速 HE 染色，光镜下观察。结果上述方法制作的切片，薄厚均匀，组织结构基本完整，光镜下染色鲜艳，核质对比度高。结论该方法简便快速，可满足对富含脂肪及淋巴成分组织病理检查需求。
목적：탐토부함지방급림파성분조직적빙동절편제작방법。방법림상송검적부함지방급림파성분조직(유선림파결、유선림파류화흉선종류등)경유덕국 Leica CM 1950형항저온냉동절편궤진행쾌속빙동절편제작，공제냉동두-35℃용신적봉리도편，수선조정절편후도위5μm 진행빙동절편제작수장，후장절편후도조정지15μm 심지경후，장절출적평정절편진행쾌속 HE 염색，광경하관찰。결과상술방법제작적절편，박후균균，조직결구기본완정，광경하염색선염，핵질대비도고。결론해방법간편쾌속，가만족대부함지방급림파성분조직병리검사수구。

Results The method described above Conducted rich in fat and lymphatic ingredients tissue was uniform thickness. the organizational structure is basically complete, dyed bright of the light microscope and high contrast nucleoplasm. Conclusion That methods is Simple and Fast. it is satisfied of intraoperative rapid patho-logical diagnosis.
